Biff Tannen

Biff is the bully of George McFly and the boy who tries to get Lorriane Baines to go to the dance with him. When "Calvin Klein" shows up, he becomes Biff's new target, but he also becomes "Calvin's" target too when a "stranger" shows up giving Biff an Almanac which is the secret to how Biff can become rich. Biff gets chased by "Calvin" because of this book as he goes to the dance, but Biff keeps getting it back- until George McFly comes around and punches him in the face, knocking him out. From there, Biff forgets about chasing Lorriane and chases after "Calvin" to get his book back, but this only brings him to smashing into a truck of manure.

Before Time Machine 1985
Before Doc's time machine came in, Biff was the McFly's nieghbor, but he was the same Biff, still bullying on the same George McFly.
Alternate 1985
After the "Stranger" comes to give Biff the book (and Marty and Doc are still in the future), he does as the "stranger" told him to do. He bets on the winner for the next thirty years, which causes his future to change. Biff becomes rich and powers from all the money, and then he shoots George McFly so he can finally have Lorraine, which means Marty is Biff's son! Marty comes to speak with his "dad" about the book, and leads Biff to shooting his own son as the "stranger" told him too. His son is rescued just as he jumps off Big's huge house, however.
After Time Machine 1985
When Marty takes the book back, Biff does not become rich, but instead he comes the "friendly, happy, and working neighbor" for the McFly's so George McFly doesn't kick his butt again.

Biff is a grandfather of Griff in 2015, but Griff isn't the best grandson. He makes Biff work for him, which is the main reason he stole the time machine to give the book for himself, so he would have a better life. He listens in on Marty and Doc(while in the future)'s conversation and learns that he made a time machine, and Marty bought the Almanac to make some bucks back home. He steals the book, marty's idea, and Doc's time machine and becomes the "stranger" who gives his 1955 self the book.
